Where are you located? 
Our workshop is located at Marke 7 in Dieren (Gld). In the east of the country, near the A12 (German border) near Arnhem.
You will find us 15 minutes drive from the A12. View the route. All diesel engines are processed and shipped from here.

What are your opening hours?
In our webshop you can place an order 24/7.
We can be reached by telephone from MA to SA from 09.00-18.00. 
You can always leave a message or send us a message. We will call you back as soon as possible. 

Do you have a showroom or visiting address? 
Our building is located in Dieren, Gelderland, where we have a workshop and a large stock of diesel engines to have. We only work by appointment and/or pick up the diesel engines. Call us at +31616157443 to arrange the best time and your wishes for your visit. 

Are your engines new or second-hand?
The diesel engines we supply can be unused, low-hour, overhauled or well-functioning engines. We give a three month warranty on all motors. The images shown with the products are an indication. Depending on your wishes and budget, we can determine together with you which engine block is most suitable for your needs.

Do you also sell parts?
We also sell parts. These can be used parts or new parts.  Consult the webshop for the condition of the parts. You may also email or send us a message. 

Which engines do you have in stock?
The main brands of diesel engines that we supply are Mitsubishi, Yanmar, Shibaura, Kubota & Iseki. We have experience with other brands, but these are the main stock items. We try to keep our webshop as up-to-date as possible. The products that we have in stock are also listed on the webshop and we actually have them in our storage.

What is my old diesel engine worth?
My Parts Place works with the trade-in of old diesel engines. Let us know the model number and serial number of your current diesel engine and we will give you a value. Once agreed, we will bring the full invoice for your new engine together with a surcharge for the old engine; the surcharge will then be credited as soon as we have received the motorcycle back.

What are the shipping options?
We ship all our products with Dachser. 

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions and the daily price. Prices therefore vary and depend on the country of application. The exact shipping costs can be requested by contacting us. This way we can always give you a fair price for sending the goods. 

What is the delivery time?
We try to keep the delivery time as short as possible. We can deliver many engines from our stock. After payment, the motorcycle will be packed and we will try to transport it the same day. For engines that we do not have in stock, the delivery time is longer. You can always call. We are happy to give you an indication of the delivery time. We understand that downtime costs money! 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, veell of our motorcycles go abroad. Belgium, Germany, France, Croatia, Italy, Finland, Denmark, China, Thailand, Romania and Canada are examples of our international shipments.

Which international taxes, customs duties, etc. do I have to pay? 
You pay the shipping costs and possibly VAT directly to us. If you want to enter a block (customs), you will receive a separate invoice for this. You pay this invoice directly to the customs of the country in question. The import costs depend on the country of application, weight and size. 

Is it possible for entrepreneurs outside the Netherlands to transfer VAT? 
Yes, this is possible. With a valid VAT number you pay 0% VAT when ordering. VAT numbers are checked!

Can I return my order?
Yes, this is certainly possible, but we always ask you to place your order with precision. This prevents high and unnecessary shipping costs. If it is the case that a diesel engine and/or product does not fit or your purchase does not turn out to be as you expected, you can contact us by telephone. Even if you are not sure about your future purchase, you can always call us for advice. 

Do I have a guarantee on my purchase?
yes, you have a three-month warranty on your purchase. Should your purchase break down in the meantime, we will always come up with a suitable solution for the problem.
