ECU - EGV - EGR

Modern Diesel engine and use advanced systems such as the ECU (Engine Control Unit), EGV (electronic gas pedal control) and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) for optimum performance and lower emissions.

The ECU is the brain of the engine and controls fuel injection, air inlet and emission scheme, among other things. The EGV ensures an accurate translation of the accelerator pedal to the engine , resulting in a direct and controlled response. The EGR valve recirculates exhaust gases to lower the combustion temperature and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions.

Defects in these systems can lead to power loss, error codes or increased fuel consumption.
