YANMAR

Yanmar Corporation is a Japanese company specialized in the production of diesel engine , agricultural and construction machinery, generators and other technical equipment. Yanmar was founded in 1912 in Osaka, Japan, under the name Yamaoka Hatsudoki Kosakusho by Magokichi Yamaoka. In 1921 the company was renamed Yanmar Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. The first diesel engine was produced in 1933, the HB model engine . In the post-war period they introduced innovative agricultural machines such as the compact tractor. Well-known series from Yanmar are the 4TNV Series, this series consists of four-cylinder diesel engine and the 3TNV Series, these are three-cylinder diesel engine and are mainly used in compact construction machines. They have also built various engine (2YM series) for small boats and pleasure craft.
