Where are you located?
Our workshop is located at Marke 7 in Dieren (Gld). In the east of the country, near the A12 (German border) near Arnhem.
You will find us a 15-minute drive from the A12. View the route. All diesel engine processed and shipped from here.

What are your opening hours?
You can place an order 24/7 in our online store.
We can be reached by telephone from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You can always leave a message or send us a message. We will call you back as soon as possible.

Do you have a showroom or visiting address?
Our building is located in Dieren , Gelderland, where we have a workshop and a large stock of diesel engine . We only work by appointment and/or collect the diesel engine and. Call us at +31616157443 to arrange the best time and your wishes for your visit.

Are your engine new or second hand? The diesel engine that we supply can be unused, low-hour, reconditioned or properly working engine . We provide a three-month warranty on all engine . The images shown with the products are an indication. Depending on your wishes and budget, we can work with you to determine which engine block is most suitable for your needs.

Do you also sell parts?
We also sell parts.

These can be second-hand parts or new parts. Consult the webshop for the condition of the parts. You can also email us or send us a message. Which engine do you have in stock? The main brands of diesel engine that we supply are Mitsubishi, Yanmar, Shibaura, Kubota & Iseki. We have experience with other brands, but these are the main stock items. We try to keep our webshop as up-to-date as possible. The products we have in stock are also listed on the webshop and we actually have them in our storage.

What is my old diesel engine worth?
My Parts Place works with trading in old diesel engine and. Let us know the model number and serial number of your current diesel engine and we will give you a value. Once this has been agreed, we will issue the full invoice for your new engine together with a surcharge for the old engine ; the surcharge will then be credited once we have received engine

What are the shipping options?
We ship all our products with Dachser.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions and the daily price.
Prices therefore vary and apply depending on the country. The exact shipping costs can be requested by contacting us. This way we can always give you a fair price for shipping the goods.

What is the delivery time?
We try to keep the delivery time as short as possible. We can supply a lot of engine After payment, the engine packed and we try to transport it the same day. For engine that we do not have in stock, the delivery time is longer. You can always call. We are happy to give you an indication of the delivery time. We understand that downtime costs money!

Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, many of our engine go abroad. Belgium, Germany, France, Croatia, Italy, Finland, Denmark, China, Thailand, Romania and Canada are examples of our international shipments.

What international taxes, customs duties, etc. do I have to pay? 
You pay the shipping costs and any VAT directly to us. If you want to import a block (customs), you will receive a separate invoice. You pay this invoice directly to the customs of the country in question. Import costs depend on the country of application, weight and size.

Is it possible for entrepreneurs outside the Netherlands to shift VAT?
Yes, this is possible. With a valid VAT number you pay 0% VAT when ordering. VAT numbers are being checked!

Can I return my order?
Yes, this is certainly possible, but we always ask you to place your order with precision. This prevents high and unnecessary shipping costs. If a diesel engine and/or product does not fit or your purchase turns out not to be as you expected, you can contact us by telephone. Even if you are not sure about your future purchase, you can always contact us by telephone for advice.

Do I have a warranty on my purchase?
yes, on used engine and you have a three-month warranty. When purchasing a new diesel engine your warranty is 1 year. If your purchase breaks in the meantime, we will always come up with a suitable solution to the problem.
