KOMATSU
In 1931, Komatsu took its first steps in diesel engine production, and since then, the company has continuously invested in research and development to improve the performance and efficiency of its engine . The following year, in 1930, they reached a significant milestone with the introduction of the very first Japanese-made excavator, dubbed the "Komatsu No. 1." This marked the beginning of their involvement in the construction industry. Over the years, Komatsu has developed special diesel engine specifically designed for use in excavators and bulldozers, and they have also produced various three- and four-cylinder engine .
