Injectors & Atomizers

In a diesel engine , the injectors and the nozzle are essential components of the injection system. They are responsible for injecting diesel fuel into the engine 's combustion chamber at the right time and under the correct pressure. Injectors are valves that inject the fuel into the combustion chamber. The nozzle is the end of the injector where the diesel fuel is sprayed out.

Symptoms of faulty injectors include reduced engine performance, rough idling, increased fuel consumption, black exhaust smoke, difficult starting, and engine management system error codes. If these symptoms occur, it's advisable to check the injectors or have them checked by a professional mechanic.
