The Iseki E3CD is a vertical, water-cooled, 4-stroke, 3-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 1.5 liters and an output of 34 hp at 2800 rpm. This Kubota engine is used in backhoe loaders, dump trucks, excavators (Gehlmax IHI 20 NX and Gehl SL1635), asphalt pavers, road rollers, skid-steer loaders, and tractors (Mitsubishi GSK256 and Iseki TH4330). It is a widely used diesel engine due to its power and compact size.
