The Kioti/Daedong is a vertical, water-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-cylinder Stage V diesel engine with a displacement of 2,434 liters and an output of 49 hp at 2,800 rpm. This Kiotie engine is used in backhoe loaders, dump trucks, excavators, asphalt pavers, road rollers, skid-steer loaders, and tractors. It is a widely used diesel engine due to its high quality and fuel efficiency. The engine is used in, among others: Bobcat (B300, S175, S150), Eurocomach, Hyundai, Libra, Pel-Job (ES 815), Volvo (DD 31 HF, SD 25 D), Hanta, and Gehl.
