The Kioti/Daedong is a vertical, water-cooled 4-stroke 4-cylinder Stage V diesel engine with a displacement of 2,434 liters and a power of 49 hp at 2800 rpm. This Kiotie engine is used in backhoe loaders, dump trucks, excavators, asphalt pavers, road rollers, skid steer loaders and tractors. It is a widely used diesel engine because of its high quality and economy. The engine are used in, among others: Bobcat (B300, S175, S150) Eurocomach, Hyundai, Libra, Pel-Job (ES 815), Volvo (DD 31 HF, SD 25 D) Hanta and Gehl.
