Mitsubishi S4L - S4L2

The Mitsubishi S4L2 (S4L) engine is a vertical, water-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 1,995 liters. The S4L2 has an output of 38.6 hp at 3000 rpm. Mitsubishi S4L2 engine are widely used in industrial machinery as well as construction equipment. These include skid-steer loaders, wheel loaders, excavators (Mitsubishi MM40SR/Pel Job EB406/) and tractors (Montana 3840). It is a popular diesel engine due to its power and compact size.
